SMS Opt-In Disclosure

How consumers consent to text messages from Callie · Callie is operated by David Cui Jr., sole proprietor

Callie is a text-message service for property owners: you start a maintenance request, and Callie texts you verification, status updates, contractor quote comparisons, and booking confirmations for that request. There are two ways a consumer opts in, shown below exactly as they appear.

Opt-in method 1 — Web form at usecallie.com/onboard (final step), followed by YES confirmation

Text me my quotes

Submitting the form triggers exactly one confirmation text. No further messages are sent unless the consumer replies YES (double opt-in):

Callie here! Reply YES and I'll start calling plumbers about "water heater leaking" (Plano 75023). Nothing gets dialed until you reply. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Opt-in method 2 — Consumer texts Callie first

A consumer texts our number, (844) 569-8042, describing a maintenance issue. That consumer-initiated message is consent for the conversational replies about their request. The first reply includes opt-out instructions.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages (honored automatically at the carrier level). Reply HELP for help, or contact david@usecallie.com. Message frequency varies with job activity; typically 3–8 messages per maintenance request. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile numbers and opt-in data are never shared with third parties for marketing. See the full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
