By texting our number, or by submitting our web form and replying YES, you consent to receive automated text messages from Callie about your maintenance requests: verification texts, status updates, quote reports, and booking confirmations. Message frequency varies by job activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to cancel messages at any time; reply HELP for help or contact davidcui824@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our AI assistant places calls to contractors on your behalf and identifies itself as an assistant. Calls may be recorded for accuracy and quality; recordings back the reports you receive.
Don't use Callie for unlawful purposes, to harass contractors, or to submit jobs for properties you don't control. We may decline or cancel jobs and accounts at our discretion.
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Callie's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to $100. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, pricing, or workmanship of contractors.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes is acceptance.
