What does my tenant see?
One number, saved as your maintenance line. Callie introduces herself by text when you add the property. Tenants never get your cell, never hear about your other properties, and can't book or cancel anything themselves. They describe the problem; you decide.
What can a tenant make happen without me?
Nothing that costs money or moves a job. Every call, booking, and change waits for your yes. If a contractor texts to reschedule, you get the offer and choose. Callie is the switchboard, you're the switch.
Is Callie an AI? Do contractors know?
Yes. Callie's an automated assistant, and she never pretends otherwise. If a contractor asks, she says so plainly and gets on with the job. Most just hear a scheduling coordinator who does this all day.
Where do the contractors come from?
Your own vendors first, if you've saved any. Otherwise Callie finds well-reviewed local pros and, in Texas, checks them against state license records (TDLR and TSBPE) before calling anyone.
Who pays the contractor?
You do, directly, exactly like today. Callie gets you the quotes and books the visit; the repair money never passes through us.
Can I hear the calls?
Every call is recorded and transcribed, and your report links to all of it. The quotes come from the recordings, not from anyone's memory.
What if I want out?
